I had another outing with my friends again… This time it’s torpor, panda, bug, XL and Wen How… It seems like WH need to go through many procedures in order for him to go for an outing… Mabye harder than gettting a visa… The destination is Berjaya Times Square’s GSC… Took 2 bus to reach there because I wish to increase the rate of meeting the bus to Lot 10 by waiting at HBKL… Somehow, I mistook a 32 bus as a 41 and everyone stood up… Then later… Lots of curses… We went pass Marriott Hotel though… I wonder what’s happening there… Hahaha… Nvm… Nonsense…
View the crystalThen we arrived at Lot 10… We walked a medium distance to Times Square’s monorail station so that we can use the bridge there… We went to the cinema right away… I bought the tickets… “Robots 1.30pm 6 person thank you…”, “Student?”(No… Child…), “Do we have to proof anything?”, “No…”, “K.. then we’re students…”, “36 ringgit thank you…” And yes, RM6 per person… Much cheaper than KLCC…
Then we bought some popcorns and cokes and then rushed in to our screening room… The design there… Quite a sci-fi styled design… Felt like I’ve entered a spaceship… Then the room is even sci-fi styled… Strips of lights at the sides and blue lights beside the seats make it look even more like a spaceship…
But BTW, I’ve made a mistake by telling people the GSC there is the biggest… Actually it’s not… The biggest is still in Mid Valley Megamall… Haha… Anyway, I can feel the surround sound there… Although not as strong as TGV but good enough lah… Not like that time while in Mid Valley…
Nice movie… nice movie… Both meaningful and hilarious… Fender caught me off guard while he danced… I can see all the audience laughed till near death after seeing it… And also I got a nice quote, “It’s a fusion of jass and funk, so it’s junk…” Hahaha…. Quite impressed by the imagination of the people who made this film…
Then after the movie we went to the CD shop I mentioned earlier… They’re still playing Initial D Fourth stage ACT 11 and 12 on the big TV… But this time I’m hunting for my soundtrax… Can’t find the 4th stage sound files, so I bought only the 2nd stage sound files… BTW, I saw Silent Hill’s soundtrax being sold there too… Biohazard 1 and 2 too… Walau…. The collection is really impressing… But too bad I can’t see Resident Evil 3′s soundtrax, or it’ll be bought immediately… Well, thx for accompanying me here to do my stupid stuff, frens!
And then we go for Mac Dong dong (McD lah)… Wow, what a scene of “full house” there… Have to wait for a while for people to leave… BTW, heard the screaming of excited people back there… Hahaha… The crazy roller coaster… Anyway, we did impressed by the indian family who ate so fast there to provide us the seat… Hahaha… Even I didn’t realized that they’ve finished their meal there… Rarely can find people who can dine faster than me nowadays… (But anyway, I did see how SPY dine at last time’s outing… Hahaha… Impressed…. Impressed…)
After the…. err.. lunch, we go for a stroll around that theme park… (I’d rather call it as the park of horror…) We took a lift which is transparent for us to see the scenery out side… The roller coaster went pass in front of us while we’re in the lift… Nice scenenery… I wondered what would’ve happened if people spews… Haha…. Nice scene also…
This time we witnessed the stability for the track of the roller coaster with our very own eyes… The highest part of the track (The part just after the long uphill lift and before the sharp slope to the vertical loop) shakes in front of our eyes!!! Although it’s very far away but we do see it shaking!!! Mostly because of the sun light which comes from behind… But the point is – How stable could it be? The people on the ride… can they feel it? Yuck… Creepy feelings… It’s not vibrating you know… It’s shaking… Conclusion? No comment… Go see yourself before you pop yourself in the fear factor machine…
After the sight seeing section we leave Times Square for Low Yat… XL wants to buy a joy pad for his gaming experience… I bought some black CD-Rs there (for fun… hahaha….)… And we all went home after that…
Then there comes a Singaporean chinese asking direction at me… While he’s asking, another Malay intercept and asked him where’s Marriott Hotel… He seems to be having a better knowledge than me… haha… But he was asking how can he get to Puduraya… I answered I’m not so sure which bus to take (I asked him to ask the driver) but to take a bus which can bring him to Kotaraya is good enough… After thanking me I hop on to a intrakota 41 with panda… He did it too without asking the driver… Sigh… I told him that this is not the bus he’ll need to ride and he quickly gets off… Poor guy… Hopefully he can reach his destination ASAP…
Really look forward for another outing again… We asked Wen How to get his visa in advance at the foundation day…
