The memoir (not ‘of a geisha’) is from my mum’s library… It’s in my opinion that we should see things in an objective view… After listening to what they said at BTN (Biro Tata Negara), they seem to hate Singapore a lot… I must admit that I love Malaysia very much, but to hate other countries… Isn’t it our political ideology should be neutral? Then why should we hate other countries? OKOK… I admit that Singapore is a Chinese country, but I still love Malaysia… I listened to tales from friends, cousins, mum’s friends, mum’s friends’ cousins’ (OKOK… it’s endless)… they all said that Malaysia is the best because only Malaysia treat them as a citizen… They got discriminated in different ways when they are in other countries… But the question appears: Aren’t we discriminated by the special priorities owned by the natives? Some ppl do think so, I think I’ll think so (WTH…) when I grow up…
For me, I think the case should be like this… (Please note that I am not pointing anything directly in the following statement) A owns a land… Then B, C, D,… etc comes and stay in the piss piece of land… All together they built a house… And someone asked “You think A got the power to shoo BCD away?” Of course we can see from the statistics they can do so… But the person also said that our former PM said that it will not be a appropriate to do so… But actually, in my own opinion, I really cannot deny that the policies are making us difficult to think that we are not discriminated… One of the statement they say is not really true “What we all have you all got it”… It’s like the owner A, is setting limits for BCD, cannot use toilet more than 1 minute lah, cannot use this cannot use that lah, A can use all the time lah and etc… And actually after the person asked us the question, I really thought of what will happen if A really shoo BCD away…
The first thing we should see is, it’s pretty certain that there are not only one house in this world… Do you think other owners will just keep quiet when that happens? Will CH, US, and the nearest neighbout SG just keep quiet? Looked at what US do when they really wanna do something… We won’t want our house to be attacked and owned by other ppl just because of the problem inside… As I said in BTN, conflicts inside an organization is the most dangerous thing… In conclusion, I admit that A have the power to shoo others out but please be reminded of other aspects…
