WARNING: SUPER LONG-WINDED POST AHEAD…
Sometimes I wondered why people would choose to divide post into parts… Now I know why… But not so good at explaining it… Haha… But for me it’s the limitedness of the free time and also the limitedness of internet access… We can now only go to Vinayaka Mission’s hospital to access the internet… How pathetic… Hahaha…
I guess that I am now ready to accept my life over here now… Although it’s far beyond my dream and aspiration… What else can I do if not to accept? I’m now riding on a tiger… What can I do?… (Besides strangling the tiger to death… LOL)
The last post was made on the 1st day we arrived here… Though it’s a bid saddening, but the feeling’s much better now… Actually I was crying before making the post… But then after making the post I felt much better… Hahaha… Again I need to thank all my friends who had comforted me…
Even our departure faces some obstacles… Boarding door changed from one end to another end… And then we have to wait for a few aircrafts to land or to take off before it’s our turn… But the aircraft managed to reach on time at last… Haha… We arrived at Bangalore International Airport after err… 3 and a half hour I suppose… And the surprise started when we walked out of the sky bridge… A Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur-like style layout was in front of us… No air-cond, old looking tiles and wall paint, low ceiling (I mean not so high compared to KLIA’s), big pipes on top (I suppose that’s the centralise air cond, which I don’t know whether it’s working or not, but really I am sweating mad with the blazer under such condition), queuing (for immigration clearance), and people sitting on hospital-style chairs (probably waiting to board)… I suddenly felt that the aircrafts sitting outside are such a contrast for the airport… Hahaha… We’ve been warned during the pre-departure briefing… But still I expect some air-cond mah… So quite shocked… Haha… Even our LCCT is better and more spacious than that… Hahaha… But I am not so sure whether the building is smaller than LCCT or not lah… It’s also multi-storey building with escalators (Though we can’t find escalators in HBKL. LOL) Oh ya, did I mention that there’s only one round of conveyor belt for baggage collection? Imagine the whole aircraft’s passenger surrounding a less-than-10-metres-long baggage collection corner… I was talking about 1 plane’s passenger only… Not when multiple flights arrived at the same time…
But we still managed to get our luggage in one hour’s time… This is mainly because we’ve successfully occupied one section of the conveyor and pull out any luggage with yellow ribbon on it… Haha… And because the conveyor is small, I really think that it’s better for it to just stop moving and let people take all their luggage like that… Some people have to push other people away when they saw their luggage pass their front… Haha…
After that we are ready to go out of the airport… Once we exited the main entrance, we found that the climate is very much alike our Genting Highland… It’s sooooo nice especially when we are still wearing our blazer… I didn’t sweat because of the nice weather and also because it’s quite breezy over there…
OK now, the problem came… One thing very noticeable about most of the India’s Indians (I should address them as II for the rest of this blog) we dealt with (Note that I didn’t say the whole country’s Indian) are very weak in punctuality… Most of the time since we were here was misspent for waiting, waiting and waiting…
The very first experience started right away… We started the very first WAITING experience with the waiting of the so-called “posh” coach… I don’t really remember how long we waited but for sure it’s at least 1 hour… Oh ya, during the 1 hour wait I’ve got this, it’s just at the outside of the airport with an arch signifying the point where trolley is not allowed beyond that point, and yes, trolley there can be brought from the exit of the airport to the point (Some cars honked us while on the road…):

Funny eh? Sum up every amount and it’s Rs. 3800 (Approx. RM 310) which is even lower than breaking only one rule in Malaysia (I meant the RM 350 fine for jumping traffic lights or speeding)… I don’t know how much it impact the IIs but to tell you the truth, the way our dear Buminathan drives is much better than the drivers here in India… Perhaps the fine rates explain it all… You’ll see later… Oh yeah, please note that they don’t have fine for honking without reason… And that’s when we learned that people in India is honk-happy flers… Just at the place we waiting for the coaches, we found that the entrance road to the airport has never ending horn sounds… Basically it’s rare to find 10 seconds of silence on the road (Unless when there’s no vehicle), some even have musical horn, and some of the motorcycle punya horn is more hebat than car… Some taxis (No, not the car-type as we usually see in Malaysia, it’s something they call toot-toot / auto and it’s like a “motor carriage”…) even have the “PLEASE SOUND HORN” sign at the back… Really za dao…
Interested in their car number plate? Take a look…

One of my friends said that if kena rompak also hard to memorise their number plate… LOL.
To be continued…
